I really liked this OS and though I know this scene ain't going to play out in the show, I do hope the essence of this OS is there like how you explained in your side note. Cause that is who IshRa really are.

I personally don't think Ishu will ever leave her husband n daughter come wat may!! She may distance herself from Raman but still fulfills her duties in her home after knowing that Raman thought she would cheat him. Raman will realize his mistake and they will grow closer n their bond stronger.
