Ishita is a majboor as she is suffering from Mani-syndrome which unfortunately has no medical treatment. The main prob of this syndrome is going to be all others surrounding the patient are gonna have a hard time with no attention being given to them or rather being ignored.

it won't make much of a difference, 18/7 he's already in contact with Ish either via phone or live interaction, so he can continue his namesake CEO job from the kitchen helping Ish cook Sambhar, Rasam, Idly, Upma & what not 😛
