Raman tries to talk to Ishu but she sleeps.. He sits next to her and says sorry for what happened and that he will set everything all right and then goes to sleep..
Ashok is happy and is celebrating as he's got a big weapon to use against Raman at the Asian business conference, which even Ishu cant save him from.. Shagun calls Ashok to find out how he is.. Ashok acts all upset and Shagun believing him promises to give him all he wants post their marriage.. Mihika comes to Shagun and Shagun tells her that she saw the real Ashok today which is of someone who truely loves and cares for her.. Mihika thinks that she needs to expose Ashok out soon.. Ashok speaks to Parmeet about this S and gets to know about Sarika who used to work in Ishu's clinic and whom Romi loved.. Ashok says that he will frame them in sexual harrassment case stating Romi makes women pregnant and leaves them and Raman also supporting his brother..
Next morning, ishu wakes up and wonders why her alarm didnt ring and checks her phone to be off.. She wonders who did it and sees several missed calls and gets scolded for not keeping her phone on for emergency.. Ishu wonders who could do as her battery is full and asks neelu about it.. Raman tells he did as he didnt want her to get disturbed but she inreturn fires him as being a doctor its important for her phone to be on.. they have an argument.. Toshiji returns giving surprise to all.. Amma and Toshiji have their usual regular share of banter of whose old and whose not..
Toshiji doesnt find anyone at home and goes to kitchen when she overhears Romi talking to Sarika saying he'll come to meet her and is shocked to know that Romi still meets her and decides to follow him.. Mihika sees the S Bhalla pregnancy reports in office and informs about it to Ishu.. She gives Ishu a number which is written down by Ashok.. Ishu calls on that number and is shocked to know that its of Sarika and that Its bhalla because of Romi.. Ishu wonders how can he hide this and decides to find out..
