Blooper in today's episode

Did anyone notice the blooper in today's episode??

In the previous scene when Raman was shouting at the nurse for not telling him Ishita's health, Mihir was seen consoling and controlling Raman...

In the next scene, Mihika was calling Mihir to tell him that Ishita is admitted and to rush to the hospital...

Also scene after that, Mihir came rushing into hospital and asked Ishita-s whereabouts...
