Is it true that if you have lived with a man without marriage, you still have rights. Shagun can demand part of ashoks property? Even in a very democratic and rich country like Norway. Where womens rights lies very high, one doesnt have right to demand anything from other person, u take what you come with. It goes both ways.

So is true for India. Or is it just made up for the show.

Its true...i heard about and googled it...pura samaj meh nahi aya lakin hota hai...

This is only show which force us to google about many things..and u learn from them..like sterm cells etc 👏

2 years back only law was passed that if live in realtion for long time,woman will get right to claim property as there was increasing instances of live in relation in big cities.men had found easy solution in form of live in dat they didnt need to marry or married guy didnt need to divorce so he cld stay with desired girl in live in.there were many cases in which men refused to bear d responsibility of child born in live in & dumped women after enjoying her.there wer many such cases so law was made .
