Though Bachelor could be a person with kids, I do think it is possible Bala is behind Mani's comeback in Ishu's life..Remember Bala was in the same hotel where Raman was to meet Mani and he was hiding from Raman..

I also think the same and in today episode it was ONLY Bala who noticed that Raman is jealous, and while giving the arti tray to Raman, Mani has a light weird smile.
