Nope raman is not perfect for ishita and same goes with raman that ishita is not perfect for him but these 2 together make relationship perfect.

Marriage is not about that you meet perfect person and your life will be perfect even imperfect person also make perfect relation that's how ishra relationship.

Raman bhalla most the time acts like a first rate jerk with Ishita but one cannot question his love disguised in care for her.
Raman's rudeness towards her is just side effect of his bitter past experience which he is slowly getting over.
Raman and Ishita are perfect match as a couple because they challenge,rebuke,taunt each other yet they care, improve, rectify and complete each other.

Even if ruhi wouldnt be there, there personalities are so contrasting and interesting that they could spend whole life together without needing anyone else

I don't use the word " perfect for them because Ishita and Raman are the missing parts of each other . Raman's anger and intolerance levels are balanced out by the Ishita's over loaded sweetness and high patience and vice versa. Ishita's fun and intense side is in Raman and Raman's calm , soothing and tolerance is in Ishita . So when their missing parts are brought together they complete each other.
