you might be right in thinking mani can be danger signal.
I can see shagun manupliateing Raman against ishita and mani having feelings for ishita but she puts him straight,this can only lead for Raman and ishita confrontation which leads them to have a serious conversation about their relationship..hoping something like this happen

Loved all the Ishra scenes today. They are playing the jealosy track very nicely. The mohabbat dialogue and Raman's reaction to that and Ishira's hurt was nicely shown.
