I have been following this OS since the dsy ou posted the 1st part .. But this is the 1st time im commenting .. This is really a very Amazing & UNIQUE storyy !!! Kudos to you for bringing this different concept story on IshRa ! Its Beautiful For a strange fact Ishita is the Cutest 😆 I just LOVE THIS OS 🤗 just one thing , plzzz keep pdaing the story more often :) waiting fir the next update. Chapter 10

[Tujhse mila toh, jagi duaayein... aur nazar ne sajda kiya
Jannat zami pe aayi utarke... khushiyon ne jaise chun sa liya]

"Thank you" she said softly, moving away

He didn't know why the thank you felt so wrong. It was as if she had no right to thank him for something that was his duty. He shoved aside the feeling and gave her a gentle smile "Let's go, you will fall sick"

He opened the door for her. She quietly sat in, her silence was suffocating him. He wondered if subbu did something... No she looked perfectly fine, he reassured himself and started the car.

When the silence got unbearable he sighed "Tell me everything Ishita"

Ishita was looking out of the window, startled she looked at him

"I told him that I couldn't marry him" she whispered "We were returning from the party. He dropped me then and there and left in his car"

He heaved a sigh of relief "everything will be fine. Don't worry"

"I was so afraid" she said, fresh tears accumulating in her eyes

"Jhansi ki rani aur afraid" he tried to ease the tension "really?"

His trick worked, she glared at him

"what?" he asked

"I thought you forgot that name for good" she replied

"well" he smirked "I guess a good part of my memory is coming back in bits and pieces" he winked at her "And I love that name"

She didn't reply to that and turned back to the window. A comfortable silence settled in the car

"Do I have any hope, Raman" she asked softly, after a while. The question was bugging her for a few days now, she was feeling hopeless. It was as if she was running after a lost cause and her patience was running out.

His face hardened at her question "No" he whispered sternly, trying to concentrate hard on the road ahead.

"Why?" she asked almost pleading

"we have talked about this before, I don't wish to talk about it right now. You need to relax, you are tired"

"yes, I am" she lost her calm "I am so tired of playing new games every day, trying to grab your attention, trying hard to be someone I am not" she pointed at herself "this is not me"

She took a deep breath "I need to know, today, if we don't have a future together, then I won't torture myself by facing your rejection every day."

He looked surprised and taken aback for a moment before the mask of ignorance returned to his face

"Move on" he said

Her expectant eyes closed in despair, she smirked sadly "sounds like hypocrisy when you say that"

He looked at her "What do you mean?" He asked as he parked the car

She opened the door and got out "You still love her. Don't you?"

With that she shut the door with a loud bang and rushed away from him.

He sat there, anger slowly rising as her words sunk in.

He jumped out of his car and went after her. He cornered her at the stairs and pushed her to the wall. She was frightened by the sudden turn of events and before she could blink, she felt his lips come down upon her.

He pushed her more and more into him as he sucked her soft lips. She was too confused to react so she let him kiss her the way he wanted to. She could feel his anger coursing through his veins. Involuntarily her hands moved to the back of his head, she softly played with his hairs trying to calm him down.

He groaned at how his body reacted to her touch and slowly the kiss that was supposed to be an angry one turned into something that he had no name for. He nibbled her lower lip, she gasped, he took the opportunity to enter her mouth. He was no longer thinking rationally, it was as if years of restraint that he had bound himself to came undone in a moment. He pressed himself more into her, he didn't seem to get enough of her.

It was only when she tried to kiss him back; he realized what he was doing. He softly broke the kiss, but couldn't move away, his mind was still clouded with the passion he didn't know he was capable of displaying.

He looked at her; she looked as shocked as him, her large innocent eyes filled with questions. He realized that whatever happened between them was electric and his body definitely craved for her but she was so innocent that he couldn't do that to her. He couldn't use her body, especially when she wanted his soul instead, something he couldn't ever give her.

"I'm sorry" he whispered "I just wanted to prove that I wouldn't have kissed another woman like this if I loved Shagun" he could make out tears making their way out of her eyes "I am really sorry Ishita, I don't have control over myself when I'm angry" he said trying to do the damage control

"That's it?" she asked "All of it was about Shagun?" Her voice quivering, ready to break down any moment now

He looked at her pleading eyes, asking him to say no, "Yes" he lied through his teeth "It was about proving my point"

She pushed him with her little hands and walked away. He leaned against the wall and closed his eyes.

It wasn't until dawn that both of them finally gave up to their tired bodies and went into an uneasy slumber.

The morning sun rose in its full glory and unknown to the two people sleeping in the adjacent houses, brought new changes to their messed up life.

He woke up to the loud sound of cooking from the kitchen and Ruhi's animated voice. A smile touched his lips as he imagined Ruhi and Ishita plotting against him in the kitchen right now He climbed off his bed

"Kya subhe subhe halla machaya hua hai kitchen mei, Madrasan" he said with fake annoyance as he made his way to the kitchen

His face fell as he finally saw what awaited him there "Maa? Aap?"

"Surprise" His mother's loud voice hit him, she rushed to hug him.

He stood confused for a moment when last night came crashing down to him. Ofcourse she won't be here, was that a disappointment in his tone? He wondered

"Haye, tu khush nehi hai mujhe dekhke" His mother complained loudly "And who's this madrasan?"

"Nehi Ma, its nothing like that" he said, recovering "Its just so sudden and you didn't inform"

"dadi" Ruhi pipped in "Papa calls Ishita aunty Madrasan"

Mrs Bhalla's face brightened up at that "Accha toh yeh baat hai" she winked at Ruhi who winked back "That's a rude name" she looked at Raman "you should call her something shorter and sweeter"

"What?" he asked confused "Won't you ask who Ishita is?"

"Nah, Ruhi told me everything already"

Raman's eyes widened at that, he looked at Ruhi who was looking at him innocently. Of course, he realized, Ruhi knew nothing about his equations with Ishita. He sighed in relief.

Ishita woke up to loud banging at her door. She groaned at the headache that seemed to have surfaced as soon as she woke up. She held her head and dragged her feet to the door and opened it, ready to shout at Mihika for waking her up.

"Ayyo Ishu" came her mother's booming voice as soon as she opened the door "Its 11 in the morning and you are sleeping"

"Amma? What are you doing here?" she asked slightly irritated and angry "Where is Mihika?"

"She went to her office" her mother said "She told me to come and look after you"

Her mother dragged her to her bed and sat next to her "I'm so sorry Ishu, Miku told me everything" her mother said sadly "I shouldn't have forced you to go with him, horrible man, which gentleman leaves a girl in the middle of the road" her mother cursed subbu "That reminds me, I should personally thank Raman Kumar, he saved my daughter after all"

With Raman's name came the events of last night, she felt such an overwhelming feeling of loss that she hugged her mother tight and cried in her bosom. Her mother ran her hands over her head and tried to sooth her.

"Its ok Ishu, don't cry for that man"

She couldn't tell her mother that she wasn't crying for Subbu, she was crying for the man who saved and destroyed her in the same night.

"Amma, I want to go home, take me home" she whispered.
