Relax ppl.. Ishu hasn't confessed anything... She was doing self talk, dil ki baatein bol rahi thi.. and suddenly she realized that raman might have heard it and is scared on what will Raman do next... This is what DT told...

Basically madam is having sexual tensions 😉 n feeling romantic.. we are going to get ishita in full blushing mode..😆 Also Raman needs to start realizing about his feelings.. I guess confession will happen after that...

What's so rushing in this? 😆 After so many incidents of either realizing how amazing the other is, if they still don't start falling in love, it would be absurd. This is a natural pace.
