All you people here have important points. I dont say that 730 is the perfect slot. But since the beginning I felt that YHM deserved a primetime 8-11 slot. I wish they had launched the show in such a slot. YHM wud hv been the no 1 in TRPs too then, not just in the IF forum rankings. This fact saddens me most of the times. YHM is d best show n deserves the best TRPs. Totally my opinion guys.

ekta had got 8 or 11 slot from star plus for YHM. She chose the latter cos her other show Jodha Akhbar was airing at 8 slot. I feel these guys were just justifying the 11 pm slot because they had no choice. Just my opninon.

There is no hard n fast rule. SP is no 1 channel, it will get huge audiences no matter what it shows. So why not show a good show like YHM in prime time! That wud raise the TRPs even more for the channel! And we all would like YHM to hv high TRPs, isnt it!

But channels treat it as the manna from heaven just so they can claim to beat each other on a chart. So yes, TRP's are important so that a channel does NOT pull the plug on your show, but it isn't important enough to compromise on the content or story of the show you watch. So again my question to you, what is so great about the 7 to 11 time slot?
