That's not possible.. They just went thru the phase on how raman had to chose between ruhi and shaguns life while shagun was pregnant with ruhi.. So shagun is def ruhi mother.

seeing dis, i also wanna add my POV- wat if sanjana is RINKI in disguise. She has done plastic surgery and has come back to take badla from bhalla's as dey completely neglected her nd never filed a missing person complaint in police station. She z gettin close to ishita for entering bhalla house again. Raman can identify her due to his brotherly instinct. hence she ran away wen she saw him 😆😆🤣.

Ekta mata ki jai ho...She can make us think kuch bhi🤣

I have more fun reading IF posts ...imagination running wild...CVs can peek in here if they have writer's block at the moment. Bringing in new characters? Quality is more important than quantity.

As far as Sanjana running away, maybe she was scared Raman would yell at her.😛😆
