Tonight was a good episode. From the last 2 episodes the direction is better and the script is more tight.
The star of the episode for me was Mihir. I loved all his scenes, in particular the one where he reminisces about his sister.
Episode continues from yesterday. Nice family scene. Soumya chitti character is really real. The portrayal of a concerned mother was well depicted. Once the truth about Mihir's sister will be out I hope less of a fuss will be made. After all even though Mihir is not being open with them, they accepted the status quo. The Iyers have decided to let it slide so while I'll find it reasonable for them to be shocked, miffed, there's no point of a big hungama now...
My bromance is back. I just love any scenes with Raman and Mihir. Their relation is so beautiful and touching considering their history. Again it was really sweet how Mihir turned the table on Raman and teased him while Raman was taking it in good spirit and actually blushing a little, bashful
It's kind of sad that Raman seems to have no faith in Romi's potential for redemption. Sure Romi's past with girls is against him but still...
Mihika is a fiery girl but unfortunately sometimes it's not enough...Mihir's advice about her job is pretty valid. There will come a point where being adamant will not be wise and quitting the job would the best solution to preserve her woman dignity
Sanjana Arora seems to be a red herring. There's no way she's Mihir's elder sister. But hers and Raman's reaction at her name indicate that she is probably related to the Arora family, maybe a cousin?
To me it looks like PP and this Sanjana are trying to gain Ishita's trust to slowly come close and have an easier access to Ruhi...
Nice scene with Vandu and Bala. Knowing the gift Ishra have decided to give, they decided on something equally valuable despite their financial problem...it was a real touch
The next scene with Mihir remembering his childhood with his sister was poignant. Very well enacted by raj. Seems Mihir and Shagun were very close, they had a beautiful bond. In a way this does not surprise me as I've never seen Shagun having so much care and concern for anyone other than Mihir (the time when she learned of his engagement with Trisha, the scene where Mihir badly cut his hand).
At those times I remember it caught my attention as even Shagun's feelings for her own children appeared "superficial" in comparison...no wonder Mihir is reluctant to speak up. It's very painful for him and I think he is not ready to face his feelings if he was to open that can of worms...not that mihika doesn't deserve the truth though...
On side note I think there is more to the story of Shagun being disowned by her family. It can't only be because of her separation with Raman as I fail to understand how that can be a worthy news in a newspaper. 6 years ago they were not divorced and Raman was not the big CEO that he is today.
Shagun did say that she can do anything to have what she wants so...
