I am pretty sure this is what he felt yesterday. Having Shagun in his room, in his house would of course hurt him but the fact that it was Ishita of all people who brought her there and that she might not care at all about Shagun's entry in his life was the thing that irked him the most. To him, he was rejected all over again.
