I think as mihika marriage was stopped because of shagun , mihika knows ashok is interested in her may be will end up with ashok and marry him and spoil shagun marriage as a revenge

She never marry Ashok ... Now shagun might have objected for her registered marriage. But mihika and Mihir have an opportunity to get marry in traditional way... As both are majar's so they can ...

Firstly, Shagun tried stopping it, but according to the spoilers, they are gonna probably get married the traditional way..
Secondly, Mihika isn't stupid. She isn't going to destroy her own life for the sake of revenge. 😊

I don't think she will do such brainless act to revenge shagun or mihir...that she goes marry ashok or suraj...

Mihika wonr do that by her own wish...but she may end up marrying ashok if he blackmail her about something...i donno he may create a situation which will force mihika to marry him
