I'd rather have them talk it out maturely. Both haven't spoken clearly about their past. They should open up about it and understand what the other person has gone through, get over the ghosts of their past and agree and understand what is most important is their relationship with each other and their families - with promises to have no secrets between them and a decison to mutually discuss options between each other.
Communication helps esp in their scenario. Whenever they have discussed things they have taken a step together.
Silence is going to bring in more misunderstandings and a sense of abandonment which is never progressive in any relationship
Though ishu must apologize for hurting the family with the undiscussed step taken, not because she is entirely wrong but because the family got hurt in the process.

While watching yesterday's episode I was so mad at Ishita for taking Shagun to the bedroom that for a second I thought, Raman should have slept on the other side of his bed, next to Shagun. I wonder what Ishita would have done then. In this track, CVs have made Ishita so unrealistic that it hard to connect with the character.
In Amma track, Raman felt guilty all the time. He even said it to Ishu. He had remorse for not being able to share the truth with Ishu.
Yes Raman did save Shagun during the riot. But he did not bring her home and to his bedroom.
Yes the home is Ishita's too and she does have a right to bring who she wants. But Shagun is not just "anybody". SHe is the person who hurt the Bhallas terribly. Ishita herself had said that marriage is between two families. Why then did she forget to consult the Bhallas before bringing Shagun inside the house.
There was a better option. She could have stayed with Shagun in the car itself inside the Mayur Vihar society. There were many other options. Shagun was drunk and driving. DUI is punishable by law. Shagun should have been handed over to the police. By law, what Shagun did was crime. She should have spent the night in police custody. I think the CVs have no idea about DUI.

Anyways... I hope Ishita regrets. Except for Ruhi's affairs, Raman should not discuss anything or answer anything to Ishita. He should tell her "Maine tumhi se sikha hai... Jo mujhe thik lagta hai main wohi karunga. Tumhe jo thik lagta hai, tum karti ho. Kisi se puchti thori ho. To phir mai lyon tumse puchu? Yeh shadi sirf Ruhi ke liye hai". Something on these lines. or may be Raman should go on a business tour for a day or two and not inform IShita.
