possibility 1: actually the matter is salary amount. he gave 30000 rupees. see he didn't mention how much he got salary. he gave 30k to simmi. if he ready to give remaining 30k also, then question will occur till today what did with remaining 30k. and no company will give 60k for initial month. so it will clearly points that param begging ashok. note simmi only believes param working for ashok. she clearly knows that Raman thinks param as ashok's toy and if paran get money from ashok, Raman will point him as being cheater to his family. this trap will make him to explain about his working procedures and salary and etc.. if he lies, Raman will make another trap on that lie. his bunch of lies finally lead him to caught at his own web. then simmi will understand him.it's reverse psychology possibility 2: param working for ashok. he can leave if he want(don't bring serial mind. just work ethics). if param continues to work with ashok, it will give chances to Raman to taunt param for getting money from them without working but spying. it will hurt simmi heart because her husband's self esteem being torn. so she will urge him to get job from other place. but can param do that. no. it'll land him into temporary trap. then he will make stupid move to drop all his dominoes. then simmi will understand param's reality.

well wat if raman trying to create misunderstnding between both of thm

i don't think this was raman's plan to expose param, it was just him beating pervert in his own game. Param thought Raman won't accept money from him because he is a leech but not only raman accepted his money, but demanded more while giving a valid reason for it. Param thought he could still be a freeloader, but it will not work this time.

Did any one asked what param did with rs.15 lakhs raman gave it previously,
