Usually Ishita dont put bindi on her forehead... but occassionally she did.
Did u notice after shower hug she put a small black bindi on her forehead?
As a girl I can say that girls love to put bindi when she feel smthing speacial or she make ready herself for someone special.
That means huch kuch ho rahi hai in Ishitas mind. 😳

U r wrong... Ishita is always put bindi on her forehead after marriage except some parties..
