I don't think TM was saying that EVERYTHING is raman's fault. But that the cv's wrote it so that Ishita is always the character that is suffering, as it's the typical way in indian soaps.

Also this is not about praising ishita being mahan. It's the contrary in fact. We want raman to "suffer" for ishita to show more his feelings and because story line should go both way and ishita making mistakes too to be more human and not so mahan.
