That was really deep. I don't have much to say because you've literally said everything.
Bala and Ishita relationship
the guilt bit which you mentioned did cross my mind too! I agree it does seem like he holds himself responsible for all his family did to Ishita.
Raman and Shagun
I loved the last line, in real life the relationship will go to the end. Very true and apt.

Wow! You know you actually have a very good point, had they shown them as grey and not outright negative we surely would have been able to know them better. And yeah, they do suit each other pretty well.
