Mihir will feel that Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) is doubting that he and Raman (Karan Patel) are hiding something from her.
Mihir will feel guilty to hide the truth of Raman's ex-wife Shagun is his (Mihir) sister.
On a day, Mihir will tell MIhika that Shagun is his sister and he hides this truth because he did not want to lose her after revealing the truth.
