Wow what a beautiful analysis of Ishita's character. Thank You for this post dear.πŸ€—
I am really surprised when ppl say that they can't connect to Ishita's character. Being women we should be able to relate to her as she is a modern women. No dependency on others, happy in her space, caring, career oriented, protective about family and womanhood. Isn't it what we all are today? I feel sometimes this forum is too harsh on
Ishita / Divyanka for all unnecessary reasons. Sometime about her dressing, about her accent, being loud etc. But Ishita's character is above all this and DT is doing an amazing job. I can't imagine anyone else doing Ishita's role. Hats off to a her!! πŸ‘

Thank you. I 100% agree, I see a lot of posts criticizing Ishita for things that are beyond her control. DT is from Bhopal that comes with a certain dialect. Her voice is sugar sweet, and does strike as a little annoying at first, because we aren't used to it, but eventually, we are accustomed to it. Her hairstyle is practical, and her dressing is fine too. DT is doing a great job with her acting, she makes Ishita her own, and for that I think she should be lauded. I have seen a lot of people compare her to KP, but no two artists will ever have the same style. There have been scenes where I haven't like Raman too. Its a give and take thing. DT portrays Ishita with the utmost sincerity and it reflects in her work!

YESS omg they all think they'll get some savatri, and then get the shock of their life when their wives (god forbid) want freedom. Its a cycle that needs to broken somewhere, and I am glad YHM has deviated from the conventional and shown a more realistic woman.

OMG of course its not a problem. I would love to hear her response if any. Honestly. I will add this to my original post, but sometimes I forget that DT even exists, what she does on screen is so real that I refuse to realize an actor is portraying it, and truly that is a compliment to her work, because she is ultimately the one who brings Ishita to life! Thank you for tweeting it, and hope she reads it πŸ˜ƒ

BTW Jyoe, what's your twitter handle? Mine is reinawho, i don't follow DT, but will, but would love to see if she replies to you.

@bold - could not agree more on that😊. Yes, Ishita is as real for me as any person I would know in my life and that goes for Raman too! Both these characters are real for me and sometimes I forget that its just reel and fictional characters .. and as you said thats a compliment to their acting calibre that they make it so real!!

I sure hope DT reads your post! my twitter handle is thejyoe and DT's is divyanka_T. I think you should also tweet your own post 😊 to DT. Lets hope that she reads and replies to it (not sure if they get any time to do that though). But still its important that we should her know what a inspiration the chracter of Ishita is for so many of us here!

Ishita did such a brave act really , she is not afraid of anything and just the way Raman is ready to sacrifice his hard earned position for her , she is also ready to fight with the world to bring him back his position , lovely ! what an amazing bonding they share ! They showed that love means much more thing than candle light dinners, hugging and saying sweet words... Love means being with somebody in his ups and downs , support him unconditionally without expecting anything from him, and yes with this selfless love Ishita showing if woman wants , she can change the world and win each difficult situations, she can be a shield for her husband and family ,Ishita showed every avtar of Woman, from loving mother to caring wife, from dutiful daughter to daring human being...everything πŸ‘
