She definitely seems like Shagun and Mihir's estranged mom. When she sees ruhi it reminds her of her daughter. Maybe ishita will bridge the gap between mother and son specially with talks about mihir Mihika wedding. Ok this is totally my guess.

Shagun's mother. But where she has been all these yrs? Suddenly she came n eager to see only Ruhi mysterious😲 I think she seems to be a good person.kisi ko bi ma bana do cv's par Raman ka nahi 🤔I have seen such tracks in soaps earlier it'll be boring.Let's wait n watch whatever i guess till now it'll be just opposite happened in yhm.
