Drunken Stupors ... harmless fun ... screaming match ... conspiracy theory ... web of deceit ... & finally ... yeh hai mohabbatein ...

A fantafabulous week on YHM ... some light hearted fun .. some intense caring ... some slack jawed looks ... some boundless passion ... & yea some intense intrigue ... yea thats what we got until friday ... but then saturday rolled out ... & the new track was clearly laid out ...

Theres so much written on this forum about the drunk guys ... that was a fun segment ... so am not going to over analyse it ... But want to just talk about 3 things which stood out for me ...

One was the absolutely smacking tele convo ... WHY IS THE SKY BLUE ... what can i say ... the comedy the thot was simply mind-blowing ... & whoa did i forget to mention the ladies swept the show ... their performance was out of the world ... all that training in Comedy Circus came to fore ...

The second thing which stood out for me was ... Mr. Raman Kumar Bhalla ... was out partying with his guy gang ... a sexy nubile babe is hitting on him ... he is carefree .. footloose & fancy free ... in the midst of all this he gets a call ... oh sorry he gets a call JUST WHEN HE WAS BEING PROPOSITIONED FOR SEX ... the call is from his wife ... oh did i mention his CONTRACT WIFE .. a wife with whom he has a SIRF RUHI KE LIYE relation ...

Now why did RAMAN pick up the call ... ???? note here ... the discussion was about where he would take the call ... at no point of time was it about whether he would take the call or not ...

Raman Kumar Bhalla ... u may want to act all macho ... but darling boy u r so wrapped around ur wife's pallu ... it aint funny ... It took me back to the hospital scene of Raman, Shagun & Ishita .. when Raman told Shagun ... however busy i am ... I will always PICK UP HER ( Ishita) CALL ... infact hers is the ONLY CALL I WILL PICK UP ...

Did he last nite in his drunken stupor ... just confirm ... ISHITA RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA Is the most IMPORTANT PERSON in his LIFE ...

Thirdly ... After the whole hoopla about the boy gangs innocence ... there was a very LONGISH pause on Raman's expression ... do go back & note that ... he kisses the mobile phone ... & a mischievous look comes in his face ... the next day we get to c Raman making Ishita bend to his will .

The forum since yesterday is divided whether the whole blackmail thing is good or bad ... so lets c what happened here ...

A few days back ... he had her hand in his hand ... he looked deeply in her eyes & said the words I LOVE YOU ISHITA ... after saying those words he paused for a very long time ... looked into those bottomless eyes ... but got no answer in return ... he continued with his talk .. but then he turned it around saying R U MAD ... i was JUSTA JOKING >>>>>

A few days earlier than that ... once again they were sitting in their room ... when she told him her LIFE IS RUHI ... her LOVE IS RUHI ...

The relation which had progressed according to him ... was back to SIRF RUHI KE LIYE ...

A few days earlier to this .. he planned an outing for the 2 of them ... but she got his WHOLE family involved ... the kabab was truly full of HADDI's

A few days earlier to this ... outside a courtroom amidst a heavy downpour ... he pulled her aside & told her ... " KABHI NAHI CHODUNGA ,... BIWI HO TUM MERI " to him she was his WIFE ... to her he was Ruhi's father .. her child's father ... ( at least this is what he thot)

So lets get back to Raman Kumar Bhalla & his strategy ... finally he has her where he wants her ... a WOMAN who will become HIS WIFE ... a twisted logic ... but he finally has the UPPER HAND in this relation ... he can FINALLY get his WIFE to acknowledge him .. he can finally get his WIFE to ENGAGE just in HIM ... whats more ... RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA finally has the ATTENTION OF HIS WIFE ...

The blackmail of course saved his skin ... but what he saw that moment in his living room with a subdued ISHITA was an OPPORTUNITY ... an opportunity to change the dynamics of their RELATION ... the first STEP ... GO SHOP FOR ME ... if i can make u wear a dress of my choice its high time i get to wear something of your choice ...

& finally the piece de resistance ... he gave her his CARD ... the ultimate OWNERSHIP statement ... The macho man claiming his RIGHTS over his wife ... heres the card which reads RAMAN KUMAR BHALLA ... & the person who is USING it is MY WIFE ...

BOY OH BOY ... lets give it up for the CEO .. even i felt like giving him an award for strategy at that moment ... kya planning ... Ashok Khanna take heart & best of luC dude ...

Ok now for the title of this post ... Tangled Weaves ...

The track which will unfold now will be a tangled weave ... its not going to be as straight forward as the past few tracks ... all the previous tracks had only a few principal characters ... but this one is multilayered ... & we saw the principal characters laid out in tonites episode ...

Principal characters ...

Raman

Ishita

Ashok

Suraj

Simmi

Mihika

Romi

&&&&&& Sarika ...

The silent characters ... Mihir & Shagun ... who in the short term are going to be inconspicuous presence to the track ... but will show their presence eventually ... & of course the game changer RUHI ... Oh did i forget to mention the newest entrant .. aka .. Poornima Prakash 😉

So since its a no prediction zone here ... guys try connecting the dots .. each week will give some pointers which will unravel the plot for u ...

Tonites interesting moments were ...

Param's dialog on Ashok's hunt of Ishita ..

Simmi's choice of words on Ishita's licence being revoked ...

Multiple tracks are being played out .. i am sure by now u all have guessed who has the credit card of Raman's ... hint .. Credit cards require signature on sale slips ... unless used online ...

Theres is the whole hitting on Mihika track ...

There is the licence track

There is Suraj Khanna & his reason for not staying in Ashok's mansion

There is Ashok & Shagun's nuptials ...

There is Param & Simmi's move to the new house ..

In the midst of all this there are fledging romances

& Poornima Prakash .. who finds some affinity to Ruhi's above the lip birthmark ...

Thats a whole longish post ... sorry am in transit so its kinda garbled .. will try to be more lucid next time ..

GUD NITE ... it was a short one ... but will try to make it up in the coming week ...

Wow grt post. Loved your take on this.

I was wondering you know, that its all fun and he likes teasing Ishita, but why is he making her shop? Just to trouble her?

But no, your explanation makes the most sense.

He wants Ishita to be his wife and it's like a well laid out plan. With this video, however backhanded, he can actually make Ishita behave like his wife.

i loved your analysis on Raman, very true... from his POV Ishita has not confirmed she has taken his contract marriage beyond Ruhi.

Next week is full on drama with multiple tracks! I am sure Simi has used to card, she is ace as forging Raman's signature (she had done this earlier to get Param a new sim card registered under Raman's name).

this is just the tip of the iceberg, calm before the storm is over!!

I too got clue regarding credit card giving means giving rights to his wife on him. but you showed one more was about shirt. this is such a nice and subtle symbolism

but I have disagreement that raman din get feelings in return in confession. I feel strongly he has realized her feelings long before in hospital scene when he saw her crying in injection seq. and for fake confession I felt he does not want her to enter in that relations, I dunno the reason!!!
for him being happy with him is more important than being in love !!what I can conclude from office convo much after picnic.

Loved ur take on Raman and the video usage.. its completely a different analusis altogether. ..

Simmi has used the card, for sure and its time for Raman to know that who is Ghar ka Bhedi... yes the plot is laid out and finallu from monday we will get to see only drama.

Just for the sake of discussion lets look at their relationship ...

from the day go ... she has fought with him tooth & nail when it is about Ruhi ... every time she has felt he has been UNJUST towards Ruhi she has lashed out to him ...

now lets look at the court case scenario ... he truly hurt her then ... but NOT ONCE did she LASH OUT On HIM ... Nor did she as a WIFE QUESTION him on his support of his EX WIFE ...

Now lets look at tonites scenario ... tonite the other 2 women pounced on their men ... but ISHITA calmly said i will complain to papaji ... once again she did not lash out to him ...

where is the sense of ownership as a WIFE ...

He has not got that from her ... as a WIFE when will she SCOLD HIM for not being a GOOD HUSBAND ... the dynamics of the relation has to change from SIRF RUHI ke liye ...

Now if u go to the scene when he accuses Ishita of taking Shagun' s pic watch that scene if u can ...at one point Ishita says .. U lOVE SHAGUN ... & MUJHE FARAK NAHI PADTA HAI ... the camera pans on Raman's face & he mouths the words ... I KNOW ... he wants the FARAK PADTA HAI ... a wife should not be OK about her husband loving another man ...

Note how Raman immediately reacted to the mention of SUBBU ...

Raman is heading for the change in relation status ... & Ishita beware ... 😉

C once again when she was in trouble she did not first run to him ... macho man is gonna be miffed about that as well 😉

Love your take & now it seems so clear. Omg this is brilliant. You have explained all so well. Feeling better about Raman's behavior now from this different perspective though some of his lines can be controlled.

About the credit card when it was shown Raman giving to Ishita.. Had wonder while paying signature is required so how will Ishita use it?

After showing Ishu Kolavari video has Raman deleted it? And now just reminding about it by showing her mobile & what he can do? As you wrote he paused & kiss the mobile?

But they surely have some twisted motives

I am not sure it is as simple and straight forward as you put it

But this helps in giving us motivation for future stuff

I really do like reading your posts as you bring the puzzle together so well!

I really need to go and see the previous epi where he said I know to Ishu's farak nahi padta. I missed that!

These two have what I would term a PERFECT relationship. Joh hai samne hai and they ACCEPT each other as they are! They understand their RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS COMPLETELY.

Yup good luck to both Ashok and Suraj. Actually maybe Suraj will end up falling for Ishu. Can't understand why else he has been introduced. Hope he does and Raman has to deal with the J virus.

I do like Raman down with J virus a lot so here is hoping!

I think the credit card thing (if it's been stolen - many are saying it could Raman trying to point out that Ishu should not leave card lying about so doing nautanki though it didn't look like that was the case) is hitting two birds with one stone, one for Raman to find out about the notice and two if it's really been taken than Simmi nautanki. From the precap it looks like Raman is taunting Ishita about being a careless dentist which when coming from him after the morning she has had reduces her to an emotional heap therefore blurting out the truth about the notice and him finding out.

He is going to feel bad about that. Can't wait till Monday. YHM makes me wish my days away for the next episode. 😆 Not good!
