Part 22: Raman and Adhi's Identical Birthday Gift

Ishitha was worried how to make Raman understand that Adhi has accepted their relationship. Raman was an adamant man, so nothing could generally make him convince himself. He had to convince by himself. Ishitha had another worry. She knew she had some gynec issues and that was the reason why she never planned before Adhi was born. Adhi was born even before her 1^st anniversary with Subbu.She was growing old, she didn't want her chances of conceiving grow less. But she didn't tell this to Raman. She had told Toshiji about Raman's apprehension, Mr Bhalla had also told her. Toshiji was aware of Ishitha's concern on her probability of conceding growing low. She gave her the strength and be by her side. She also was praying her Maatha Rani to bless the couple with a child.

Mihika was back at the Iyer's place for delivery. They had her baby shower and all through Adhi and Ruhi were pestering Ishitha that they also want to see a baby in Ishitha's tummy like Mihika. They also want to play with the baby from the day one it was born. Ishitha was finding it very difficult to handle questions of Ruhi and Adhi. She had to find out very odd reasons to convince them. Toshiji was very supportive to her. She was unable to share this with Raman as he was thinking that she is thrusting her ideas on the children, but unfortunately it was the wish of the children too. Days pass and Mihika delivers a baby girl. All are very happy. They children are most excited and they keep playing with the kid all time.

Meantime Ishitha had completed her masters. Her final exams were pending and she was offered lectureship in the same university post completion. She was happy that she finally realized her dream and wanted to thank Raman wholeheartedly. She buys a new mobile for him. She wants to share this news with him, he came late that evening and went to his room directly.Ishitha followed him; Raman sat very tried on the bed. Ishitha handed him over a glass of water and ran her hands seductively on his hair.

R: Ishu ajj nehi, Iam very tried. (Not today)

I: What you don't want today?

R: Don't act very innocent, the one that you are trying to stimulate me to do I don't want to do today. Saying that he pulls her by her waist to make her fall in him while he lays down with his legs handing from the corner of the bed.

I: No I was waiting for you

R: I told you I will be late, moreover I had food.

I: I wanted to eat with you, no worries I will sleep now.

R: empty stomach no ways

I: No worries Raman

R: Shut up yaar. Just be here.

He leaves her and gets some food and feeds her with his own hands. Ishitha had that with tears in her eyes.

I: Raman I wanted to tell you that just my final exams are left and I have been offered a lectureship position in the university.

R: Wow that's great. Great job Ishu, It was not easy to manage 2 children, this house your husband and then study. I love you for your super women skills. Saying that he kisses her forehead.

I: With tears in her eyes, this was only possible because of you. I really lucky to have you as my husband. Thanks you, this is a small token of my gratitude to you, saying that she gives him the mobile. Raman likes it very much. He starts teasing her again.

R: Bewakoof aurat, pathi ko aiyse thanks bolthe hai( Mad lady, do you say thanks to husband like this)

I: Aur kaise kehthe hai( Then how do we say)

R: kithne baar sikavu( How many times must I teach)

Saying that he starts kissing her and finally lands up doing which he denied a while back. It was difficult for him to control his urge to make love to Ishitha. So was she. But she never expressed it openly while Raman asked out openly.

Ishitha's exams were over and she started her new job as lecturer. She was fulfilling her age old passion of teaching. She sincerely thanks god for that and also prayed her wish of the kid is also fulfilled. Her work life balance was perfect. Her college was in the morning and was getting over by 3 PM and was getting enough time for the children, Home, family members and Raman with her job. She was feeling very contented but for her desire for kid.

It was Adhi's and Raman's birthday coming up. Last year they didn't celebrate as Adhi was still not comfortable in that house and Raman was away during his birthday. Ishitha was very excited for the two back to back birthday celebration.

It was Adhi's 12^th birthday. They decided for a midnight surprise party of the both family. Raman and Ishitha made a cute collage of Adhi's art work and also signed him up for an international art workshop as a gift for his birthday. Since Adhi was interested in IPS, Raman had exclusively enrolled him for gym and tennis regional level selection. He said he will have to be focusing on building both physical and mental capabilities. Adhi was very happy with the gifts his parents gave and was super excited. They all retire and that day Ishitha left to slep with the children. Raman wanted to join but the children drove him off saying their bed was small and he can sleep alone in his room.

Next morning Raman was getting ready. Ishitha had not kept his cloths etc as she got up late., He didn't get to see her form morning that was irritating him further. Then he started his usual strunt to call her in the room.

R: Ishitha Ishitha kider ho yaar, Meri kapde kaha hai. Ek bhi kam dang see karna nehi attha.( Where are you, Where are my cloths. Dodnt you know to do even a single work properly)

Toshiji and Mr Bhalla start laughing and tease Ishitha when they hear Raman yell. It was a usual morning scene if Raman doesn't get to see her in the morning. He needs to see her in the morning to keep himself clam. Toshiji asks her to go and attend Raman. Ishitha feels shy, blushes and leaves.

I: Kya Raman, You always do this. Everyone in the house now knows that if you don't see me in the morning you start yelling. I feel very embarrassed in front of them. You have 2 unmarried siblings, 2 children kuch toh sharam ka"

Before she could complete she felt his lips on her and he kissed her.

R: See band karvadiya na tumhara lecture. Kya kar rahi thi kal rath ko. Meri baccho ke kamre se mujje bahar nikal diya. Mai tumhe nehi chodunga( See I stopped your lecture. What wer you doing last night. You drove me out of my own children's room. I will not leave u)

I: Children love affectionate parent. They don't like kadus Kumar like you. So they preferred to be with me rather than you. What can I do

R: Who is kadus and Insensitive. It's you not me.

I: look who is talking, the most insensitive person is talking about sensitivity

R: Makes a puppy face and says "Ishu, am I really very insensitive"

I: who ho my Ravan kumar don't cry now. Get ready for work.

R: who needs to go for work? Compensate for last night then only I will get ready.

I: Raman please chodo

He starts kissing her and she also responds. Ishitha in the hurry didn't bolt the door. Adhi comes in without knocking and happens to witness his father and mother in that intimate position. Raman quickly drifts from Ishitha and pretends to be applying some medicines for her wound. How could he even let Adhi know about the relationship he shared with Ishitha.

R: Adhi app, bolo beta, Mai toh amma ko medicine laga raha tha.( Tell me I was just applying medicines to amma)

A: papa, did I even ask you. I know you were kissing amma

Raman was shocked by his statement. His 12 year old son was talking about kiss. The kids these days he thought. But Adhi was not upset. He was wondering how that was possible. Ishitha was damn embarrassed and leaves the room. Adhi continues after his mother leaves.

A: As long as you are preparing for my sibling, Iam happy.

Raman was shell shocked with what he heard.

R: Adhi appko kaise patha. I mean

A: papa relax, I read science in the school. With pictures we have these in the syllabus for reproductive system.

Raman is chuckles with his response and thinks what and all these kids have in the syllabus. That's when it strikes him what did Adhi just say.

R: Adhi what did you just say, you want a sibling?

A papa, yes I badly need a brother or sister. Not only have me, even Ruhi wants one. We have not seen a kid growing up from the day one. We want one baby brother or sister. Iam very serious. Iam asking you this as my birthday gift. I have told amma many times and she is not listening. I have lot of hope on his father that he will fulfil his wish. Please convince amma papa. She loves kids, iam really not sure why are she not agreeing to have sibling for me and Ruhi.

Raman hears to all this with tears in his eyes. He assures that he will convince Ishitha.

That evening Raman was very excited that he will share what Adhi spoke to him. He also wanted to ask her why did she hide that Adhi had been asking her repeatedly. To his dismay, she was sick as she was running her monthly cycles. The monthly cycles were very painful for Ishitha. She always suffered and Raman was the most sensitive husband during that time. His birthday was in 5 days and he knew for sure Ishitha would have planned something great. He decides to ask her a kid as the birthday gift and thought she would be very happy.

Raman Birthday, they planned a grand party while the ve they had a family cake cutting. Ishu made Raman's favorite Rabdi for his birthday. He was very happy. They had planned a party next day. Raman sought blessing from the Bhalla's and Iyers. The children gave him a gift which he loved the most. His favorite music collection was the gift. It was a very grand party. People from both the families had come; Raman corporate clients and well-wishers were also present. Shagun was also there who had jumped un invited. She was trying to intimate with Raman which he royally ignored by intimating more with Ishitha. The children wished both Raman and Ishitha to sing. They sang multiple duets stealing glances of each other. Shagun felt very insulted and left the place. It was 1 Pm in the night when all left and Ishitha came back to their room.

Raman was in a very good mode. Sleep had evaded him long back. Ishitha was very tried as she didn't sleep the last night properly and had lot of work during the day as well. She saw a nice lavender colour lacy night wear on the bed. She understood what was Raman up to. Raman wasted no time and came and hugged her the moment she entered the room.

R: Go Change it soon. Iam waiting to see you in this dress.

I: Please raman, Iam very tried today

R: Please Ishu. I will not tire you much. Will you not gift yourself to your husband on his birthday? It's not fare

I: Raman please na. I will not be able to. Please samjo na. Iam very tried

R: Even if I tell you that the gift Iam asking you is a child for us will you say the same thing

I: Come again

R: I want a child for both of us. Adhi expressed his wish to me himself. Why didn't you tell me that Adhi wished this. He was complaining that you are not fulfilling his wish. Iam a good father, I never disappoint my children.

Ishitha is pleasantly surprised and hugs him and starts crying. She says crying "will you believe me that it was Adhi's word. You would think Iam thrusting my opinion on Adhi"

R: Sorry Ishu, I troubled everyone.

After sometime they part and Ishitha goes to the cupboard to take her cloths out.

R: Ishu, wear this

I: raman , please if I wear it you will not let me sleep tonight. Please ajj nehi. I cannot, iam so tried

R: Bewakoof aurat, I was so happy that I will be able to it direct today. After that one night we have never done it without contraceptive. You are so mean, never respect my feelings

I: Chi Raman, You are so shameless. You talk these things to your wife.

R: What shameless, my 12 year old son know about all this. He read it in science it seams. You are telling me shameless.

Ishitha is shocked listening to him. Please Raman chodo.

R: No way, not today. I needs junior Janshi ki Rani

I: No We will have a junior Ravan Kumar only

Ishitha still resists and ask him to leave

Without listening to her response Raman started removing her saree while placing kisses on her neck and she gave it to his passionate assault. They mode love passionately that night with a new ray of hope of having a child soon.

Part 23: Raman the supportive husband

It had been quite some months that they had been trying and it was not working out. They visited the doctor and Raman was fine. Ishitha had some issues. The previous abortion was causing some problems for her. She also was having some gynec issues.

Ishitha was getting very irritated these days due to continuous failure of the pregnancy attempts. Raman was very supportive to her.

Ishitha is pregnant and doctor suspects that she might have a problem. She suggest for aborting and Ishitha pleads not to inform Raman and wants to have the child.
