Yes, the title might have put your thinking cap one trying to analyse what's with karela and honey together? And what's with that to do with ishra?
Well, that karela is our own King of the oneliners- mr.Raman kumar Bhalla and honey is none other than his better half- Mrs.Ishita Raman Kumar Bhalla!
How? Here it goes-
Karela is probably the most commonly hated vegetable if you judge it by its prickly skin on outside and the bitter taste inside.
Raman is also mostly hated or say misunderstood for his outer tough show or be it bitter straight to the face dialogs!
But only very few people who get used to karelas will realise that it isnt as bad as it seems to be. Though bitter, it does only good for the health in the long run.
Same way, only people who are very close to raman or say who loves raman truely will know how much good a person he is and what can he do for his loved ones.e.g. toshiji and Ishu are the two ladies who would know raman's every emotion inside out irrespective of whether he tells them or not. And the way he had always stood up for ishita minus the accident track despite of continous show of his I-don't-care-a-damn-about-you attitude clearly says how much he loves her but shows off as if he hates her.- thats called Karelapanti as I have named it!
Coming to ishita, she is that honey which only brings sweetness in everyone's life including the latest addition- her own Ravan Kumar the great!
Honey is a natural sweetner, which has properties of healing. Even if the sweetness exceeds a certain limit, you still will find it too good to say no.
Same way, ishita heals people...she heals broken hearts like she healed Raman's heart break caused by the cactus shagun and filled his heart with her sweetness.
She is a mature, independent, understanding and supportive woman but when it comes to her ravan kumar, she is on her toes to answer his sarcastic oneliners in her own jhansi ki rani way.
Whether she fights with him or showers her care and love on him, she only injects her sweetness into his system that seems to be affecting him a lot now a days as he's showing his sweeter side to his wife but ofcourse that's masked by the karelapanti outside.
But ishita knows that raman cares for her and raman knows that ishita will never leave by his side. That's what makes them a sacred perfect couple who are connected by their hearts and have united as one soul without the need to confess or tell the other about how they feel.
Most important of all, they do not expect anything from each other except the respect and a certain responsibility and that's why they might be the happiest couple on this planet.
