Prem Mukti from Kasauti .. I watched only that part of Kasauti and stopped it the day Mukti died.

Actually most of Ekta's jodi's were EPIC.. Apart from IshRa, I love Ram-Priya, Anurag-Tani, Sujal-Kashish, Kunal-Siddhi, Arjun-Purvi, Rahul-Aanchal, Pratham-Gauri, Kavya-Anjali ...
