Important patient...VIP patient ...I think it may be Adi and shagun for Adi(though I hope not 🤢).

They were supposed to be Dr.Batras patient, but as is not available , ishita got his case. Now, airhead and her brat will throw a fit , but will have to give in , because of the tooth 😛. So, probably, Adiimanavs drama.🤢
