The walk back to their room was a little awkward with one major thing FINALLY hitting them... They were here for their HONEYMOON, though it was based on their families persistence, one can't deny the fact that THIS was and IS their honeymoon...
For some reason, Raman and Ishita felt like they had to stick close to one another... Though the lift was big..big enough to hold 50 people, Raman and Ishita were standing close to one another...their hands brushing accidentally..or maybe intentionally...! The journey back to their room was LONG one... the lift seem to be taking ages before it would reach the 57th level... Somewhere deep down both of them were liking how slow everything seemed around... they were glad that the lift was taking a 100 years to reach.
Out of the blue, Raman started humming the "Rab Ka Shukrana" song...while doing so he was trying to steal glances at his legally wedded wife, just like a chor... Ishita on the other end was having this 1000 butterflies moment dancing in her tummy, she was mentally begging herself not to blush as not to be caught by Raman... As Raman hummed every line of the song, knowingly or unknowingly the distance between them was closing up the fingers were at the edge of being intertwined with one another...
Level 57th...Door Opening... announced the automated voice, breaking the trans of Raman and Ishita.
Ishita had changed into her night PJs and finally came out. She had asked Raman to use the bathroom first saying that she would be taking longer than usual... though Raman argued that there was no need as the bathroom was big enough for even 10 people to be there at the same time but yes no way is our JhansiKiRani going to listen to RavanaKumar.
Raman settled himself in bed, he was flipping through the channels [International Channels are available] and of course stopped when he came to the sports channel. It Man-U against Arsenal.

As soon as Raman finished his last sentence both of them had brief eyelock. It was evident how both were longing for each other, longing to embrace the other but for now they were fighting a battle with their egos. Their egos preventing them from opening up and putting a stop to this game they've been playing for quite some time now.
Over these few months if there was anything that had changed significantly, would be their acting skills. Trying to conceal their feeling...the feeling of Love they have for one another..it's there within their hearts silently watching yet to be spoken aloud.
Just lower the volume, Raman.

Go to bed early, as we need to get up early in the morning plus it's going to be a long day ahead.
