Wounds on parmeet's face in today's episode

In today's episode, it was interesting to observe that Parmeet's face had the traces of the wounds from the hit he got from Raman, sometimes was there and sometimes was not. When he was thinking in his room, there was no mark on his face. And when he was hiding in the PCO and had just come out, that minute the face was clean. And immediately the face had some light marks as if they suddenly remembered about the wounds. It's amazing that no one observed. Normally these things do not appear so clearly to me, but today it's was so apparent. A solid blooper!!
