Why Shagun is FREE??

Why is shagun roaming freely when such an accusation of a hit and run case is on her..
I don't think, it is a mooted case it is an important one.

If nothing nothing is prooved they cant arrest the person but she/he is not allowed to quit or go away from the city untill the case isnt solved

You are right a case of molestation is not taking seriously and is not shown to the public as a good example but here something else is being shown as if ashok bailed Parmeet and the case is closed...
I also don't want Ishita to forgive Raman...
I was watching at shagun today in her red saree with loud makeup I was thinking how come this woman is free because the accusation made on her is heavy.

It was enough when it was said that Mrs Iyer was hit by Shagun car which she herself said she used to drive and whatever they did with the car at least to a certain % it is proved it is Shagun though not confirmed this is how the police work but here she still have time to visit the spa before coming to the court.

They don't have any circumstantial evidence to incriminate Shagun, and the law states that one is innocent until proven guilty. Technically, there cannot be any possible evidence sufficient to put Shagun in jail, because she didn't even do the accident. But a suspect is not allowed to go outside the city. As for Param, he received bail, and a formal case was never made on his behalf, so I guess that's why he's roaming around like a blundering baboon. For him I don't think jail can really reform him, besharam. Varna itne thappad khake to koi bhi aag mein vapis thodi koodega.

But for a court case to happen ... there has to be an accused .. & since this is a hit & run case its a criminal offence & not a civil offence ... there should've technically been an arrest .. Bail & then court hearing ... but as someone rightly said .. this is EKTA LAW .. which follows a totally different route .. 😉

In the case of Param he is out on bail ... & can roam freely without leaving the city till his next hearing ...

Yeah reina i also agree with redwine because she herself agreed it was her car, it got repaired etc the old man witnessed against Shagun but still she's free when her case is weak.
