This is all i been screaming ever since this track started 😆 I can't connect to the track because it's not needed and also the fact that they are making a mockery of the legal system.
they should atleast get some facts right.

The judge called Ms. Kaul a prosecutor yesterday. Prosecutor works for the state and Ms. Kaul was hired by Ishita which means she is a defending lawyer. Prosecutor prosecutes people that are arrested by the police and here no one is arrested 🤔 It's a complete mockery.

Raman is also going to be accessory after the fact or accomplice considering he is helping Shagun hide a crime 🤔

Prosecutors decide whether to prosecute based on evidence. Raman has been involved in felony after felony from bribing police, tampering with evidence (trying to destroy it) and obstructing justice. How will they justify letting him walk away free even after all this? It isn't High Court. We have to see this trial as one in a Kangaroo Court.😛

Hit and run is not some petty theft either, it's a serious crime. As legal custodian of a minor child Shagun could face consequences in real life. Total disrespect for the law.👎🏼

Raman should have turned Shagun over to the authorities for negligence of a minor child. Maybe a day or two in police custody would snap her out of her attitude in life. 🤔

The legal system has been made a mockery of time and again but this track takes the cake! Birds of a feather flock together! And not that it doesn't happen in the real world. Unfortunately it does! Money and power can get by with anything. But with a show's main lead taking charge and being involved in some of the most serious crimes is just mind boggling! Dramas are not only about female empowerment, for God's sake! In the name of theatrics and to make the female lead come across as a saint and perfect all the time, they've lost the plot that improvement of societal values should also be part of the Nayi Soch!!! Kahan se kahan le aye hain story ko!

Thanks Sophee! At Bold, see, I feel that reality and fiction is somewhat cyclical. People get ideas to do all sorts of nonsense in real life, because they get the idea from television and novels etc. They get the courage to carry out these acts because these main leads on shows do so and are let go scot free. So they think why not bribe, and cheat and steal and hit an old lady and let her die on the road? Raman and Shagun did it and got away, that's probably how the law works. Sad part is that, like you said, rich people do have the power to do this, but its hight time this cycle stops. This is supposed to be 'nayi soch' but its just beating its chest on same old ghisa pita nonsense. Show a criminal being convicted properly, a rapist behind bars and not roaming around like a blundering idiot. Ugh, its just so frustrating to see this, it has become an actual joke.

How will CVs explain Raman lying in court during proceedings especially after he heard Mrs. Kaul tell Ravi Paul Singh about jail if he lies in court. Unless Raman was taking a nap why would he blatantly do it? Does he want to end up in jail for his son to prove he loves him? Is he hoping bigada hua beta will admire his dad's deeds for him (lying, tampering, obstructing) as a declaration of his love? How do they plan to redeem him?😕

RP Singh was a poor helpless buddha, and Raman Kumar Bhalla, is a CEO man, didn't you know the more money you have, the less you have to give a crap about law and court proceedings. For him its paisa phek tamasha dekh.

As per my understanding, prosecutors can be on behalf of the crown etc. my friend was involved in a reckless driving case, and prosecutor carries out the procedure on behalf of the police officer. They have to subpoena the witness by the way, this whole Mihir bringing RP singh was quite funny. Because over here, if you receive a subpoena to come to court as a witness, and you do not come, you can be charged. If the prosecutor forgets to send one (which happened with my friend) then its the lawyers fault. I didn't say anything about that though, because Mihir coming in like a hero was for theatrics. If Mrs. Kaul forgot to subpoena him though, then it says a lot about her as a lawyer. ANYWAYI digress. The Prosecutor could also be one who sends summons to the defendant on behalf of the plaintiff, which Mrs. Kaul I suppose is.

AT bold: This is something Raman should have known this, most likely, Adi's custody case would be up for grabs, but he is too busy proving his undying love for him. Stupid.

Wonderful to put down all FACTS properly.
I had seen another EK show in past where they made similar mockery of law. So when courtroom drama started here I was like gayi bhess pani me
As if it wasn't enough to show Raman do so much wrong, add more to it in name of grey hero 🤪
I know it's just a fictional show and 'liberties' are provided to them but these ppl have no shame to what extent they'll insult justice system 👎🏼 not to mention insulting viewers 😡

So to sum it all up, they are promoting kayde kayde oe likha he todne wale ka naam.
Yeh sab dallo mitti me, sannu to bass Mrs. Kaul da dhamaledar performance dekhan si. Sense or logic gaya ussi bhess ke saath panni me thoda enjoy kar lette he 😆

LOOLLL 😆 I agree, I suppose if it is going down the drain, might as well amuse ourselves in the process.

I do feel that it is an insult to viewers though. This show is watched mostly by an audience who are more modern in their outlook, given the maturity level of the show, and the progressive ideas they (are supposed to) show. Anyway, I hear the writers and artists take a peep into IF, I hope they see how dissatisfied we are.

yes given right now not whole lot we can do, just take in some amusement 😆

Well if writers and artist do come on IF, more than just dissatisfaction hope they get real INSIGHT. I don't know what mas level audience think but looking at forum I believe ppl want to see close to reality portrayal. While we all can let go of courtroom insanity 🤪 saying show is abt emotions and relationships.
Well so are they going to provide PROPER JUSTIFICATION for them? Fine Raman did whatever he did in name of stupid majboori but now what? If after all this drama, no progress is shown in Raman as character and ISHRA as couple, what's the point? Just showing drama for hack of it as that's what you do on tv 😕 If all goes to honke dorey easily, then I'll really lose it !! 😡
And when I say proper justification, please for the love of god do address these illegal acts!!

The show started with Ishu/Ruhi love then moved along with Ishu/Raman marriage and now it's Raman/Adi/Shagun/ Where does it go from here?😕
