I don't think custody case of adi is going to be played now...it will happen but after this track with Ishra having proper discussion regarding adi...and they file custody case of adi in court...custody case will be Ishra joining hands and fight the case.. raman alone can't win the case becos...in the eyes of law he is a abuser...he has restraining order and in this accident case he is cheating...lying and manipulating the court and law...all this negative aspects can't make him win adi's custody...he needs the help of ishu...adi's custody will be given to ishu as she has set a best example of being the best mother for ruhi legally...and she will take the challenge to change him

Even during ruhi custody case judge ask ruhi that with whom she want to stay and she is just six years old where here adi is 12 years and he loves his mom blindly and believe each and every word of her. Filing custody case is no use until adi come to know that how shagun lied to him and adi start to.love his father

I agree with Mages, custody case won't come so fast. Plus they need another twist after Ishra are in love also. Plus getting the custody of a child which you apparently physically abused years ago is quite hard to get.
