I am glad she thinks like that because it will be biggest surprise of her life that she will come to know that raman loves her and after adi truth she will feel better that whatever he did that was for adi not shagun

Because she is very much hurt with Raman behaviour... after this incident any wife think that...n ishu also know shogun is her first love...and Raman mad for her from the past so she think that!!!! 😭
