In day before yesterday's episode, Raman came back home comepletely drunk...When the car stopped I expected a driver to rush out to open the back door and Raman tripping out.. But i was shocked and disappointed to see that they showed Raman coming out of the driver's seat with the swinging bottle in hand.. How can he preach to Shagun and Adi about irresponsible driving when he himself is a law breaker.
Raman has never been shown as ideal lead.. i agree but there are somethings that creatives should avoid showing the show.. like they have shown Raman drunk driving in many episodes before this as well.
Poeple already take traffic rules lightly in India.. and while SP in one Show DIya and Baati showed a complete track to give this social message.. in another show they are openly making light of this very serious issue..
As i have already said in another post , YHM is treading a thin line with Juvenile Hit and Run case for Adi, how they handle the culmination of this track is something i really want to see.. but if Adi is left off the hook lightly the way it is going, i can't help but despair.
But with character of Raman being show repeatedly doing this same offence is really putting me off.
Directors , writers every one should make sure that they do not show things that might influence people in doing something which already is wrong..
I know people who this in real life won't change by watching a show.. but if there are some young child or impressionable teen who is fan of Raman or Ishita might see this show and respect the character a bit.
Let it not be like father like son.. as it seems so to me now.
