In the court, Adi confessed his crime.Ishita was in utter shock, she immediately called the advocate and asked her to withdraw the case.But it was late as judge herself witnessed the confession.It was too late.Ishita was hurt as Raman ddnt tell her about Adi and now everything became clear to her.Still she was angry with Raman for not trusting her and veri sad for Adi. Even Amma also asked the judge as she has forgiven Adi but Judge ddnt listen to them.As a matter of warning, Judge ordered 2 weeks Juvenile custody for Adi.
Raman was completely shattered .He was not able to imagine Adi in Police custody for 2 hours, how can he see Adi in this state.He was in utter shock and completly broken.In the court premises, Adi after 6 years called his father "Paapa" and accused him for breaking the promise of protecting him and his mom. Raman was completly done.He was able to get into his car and drove away
Ishita searched for Raman in the court but was not able to find him.She returned home and waited for Raman to have a confrontation.But Raman ddnt come for the whole night.
Everybod was veri much worried especially Ishita.She was shouting, screaming, ready to go out in search of RAMAN, just then Mihir came with message sayign Bhai is fine and he wants to be alone.
Ishita was really sad, she wants to be with him, she wanted to console him, she wanted to share her anger for not trusting her, but Raman is not there.She clearly understood how much Raman means to her, how much she cares for him, how much she worries for him and finally how much she loves him.It was a shock for Ishita but she clearly understood she loves Raman, she loves him and she wanted to share his feelings but where is he?
Raman came home next day night.Ishita was in bed room and was with Ruhi.She was worried for Raman but somewhere she was feeling happy as Raman did all these for ADI and ddnt cheat her.When she heard Mrs Bhalla screaming Raman, she immediately came out with Ruhi.Rman was composed and he appeared Normal.Seeing him, Ishita was relieved , she immediately ran to him

He went to Ruhi and hugged her and said papa loves you and missed you.Ruhi was veri happy and everybody went to their work.Raman took Ruhi and went to their bed room.Ishita accomponied him.,Raman told Ruhi to go and play as he has to talk to her mom.Ishita was in different world and she thoughtt, like her Raman also understood their relationship and going to confess.She was happy but then she thought she has to be angry on him for not telling the truth
Raman"I know Ishita you are angry with me for not telling the truth,You are ocrrect Ishita and I deserve that.The moment i came to know its Adi, i wanted to tell you but Shagun prevented me."
Hearign this Ishita was again angry
Raman continued "I have failed as father, failed as Husband and failed as Son.I was not able to forgive myslef.I brought my son to this world and becaus eof that you amma suffered"

Raman "No Ishita, this is not the time for custody battle or anything.I was not able to keep my promise to my son and he is in jail now"
Tears started rolling from his eyes and he was not able to ocntrol .Ishita s heart melted and she wanted to hug him.She moved towards him then he turn and spoke
"Ishita , you dont know much I am releived that atleast Ruhi is out of this, its all beacuase of you.You have taken care of my daughter, my parents , my house evrything but in return, i broke your trust.Because of my irresponsibility, your amma suffered.I am not able to forgive myslef.I failed infront of you and Adi"
Ishita couldnt control herself , when she was about touch his hands, she saw two papers.

Raman controlled his emotion and said"I am giving the custody of my daughter to you.From today you are the legal gauardian of Ruhi"
Ishita"what is this Raman? what are you doing?"
Raman"Second is our divorce papers, our marriage was sirf Ruhi ke liye and i am giving my Ruhi to you.You will better parent than me .I am going to tell my parents and your parents that i am going to us for business trip , but this trip wont be having a comeback, so these papers will be handy to you. Please keep with ourslef and take care of our sorry my daughter"
