Once again I shall start by telling a story, Many may have heard this but oh well 😛
A man went to temple every single day. Everyday he asked just for one thing "make me win the lottery". Every single day for good period he went to temple and same thing over and over and over. One day God got tired and appeared to him (yes that happened 😆) God told the dude, sure you will win the lottery. I give you that. But first, you need to buy a ticket !!
So how is it relevant to Raman, Well Raman dear is shown so "majboor" (God this is like EK's last show i watched where male lead was so majboor and became bewraa )
Fine I am willing to look at this situation from Raman pov of his state being son vs biwi. He feels trapped and doesn't know what to do. I give his irrational behavior and getting so weak to point of easy manipulation. Fine I give it all to him. But then so what? He can feel all majboor he wants, guilty as he wants, his inner turmoil and even self destructive behavior is ok for now. But after a while this self-pitty gets boring 🥱
To put it in nice words - woh majboori hi kya jo majboor ko mehangi na pade !!
What I am asking CVs to think abt is where does Raman go from here? Is he to remain majboor? His so called love for Adi is always to remain as his priority and no matter what adimanav asks for he will continue doing coz that's just how majboor he is 😕
Ideally speaking, in real life ppl learn from hard situation and mistakes. No need to deny Raman has made mistake and if he wants to grow and truly move forward, must be able to come to realization or grow as person. Need to be man and accept yes you can't have it all.
Not saying that comes as easy, again look at the bold line 😛
In the process he is shown admitting he needs help, very much from Ishita. Well Raman dear if you don't ask for help how can anyone give it to you? Or if someone actually offers help (Ishita has done that) and you don't accept; then good luck cutting ice with "majboori" for long.
Ma bhi apne bacche ko tab takk dudh nahi pilati jab takk woh rota nahi. Here Raman sure has cried way too much now, since he's not a baby, need to be mature and say it directly. His weakness need not only show in front of Adi or by showing him bewraa, how abt complete honest breakdown in front of Ishita where he says "help me. I don't know what to do and I give up, please help me!" That wud sure brings enough drama as well ppl !
Reason I have only talked abt Raman here is right now his behavior is what is driving the direction. Also Raman is the one who need to get to realization and at the same time show Isihita's ability to forgive.
So to sum it all up, all majboori, guilt, self destructive behavior, self hatred, punishment and self pitty is fine for some time. If want to come out of this mess, Raman you need to buy ticket !!
So CVs, hope you are not majboor to not show proper stuff 😆
