I think in the first scene when Karan entered the room we culd see the microphone behind tucked to his trouser. it was caught on the camera. did any one notice?

yes, saw it in earlier epi..but today it was very easily visible.. I dont think editors even bother about it anymore! we are used to such tiny bloopers now 😆
