Thank god it's Shagun and not Mihir. Finally a fresh breath of air!

I was disappointed going by the recent posts which indicated Mihir as the culprit

In a nutshell, Shagun causes the accident and uses Aditya to emotionally blackmail Raman for not dragging this incident to courts. Raman hides the true culprit from his family and Ishita's family for Adi's sake
