how can Mihir be the culprit when yesterday when Mihir was in the house babysitting with Raman they showd that same car with that same licence plate driving the car. So how can it be Mihir and not Mihir?

why would Mihir want to take revenge on Raman now when he was the one who choose to be with Raman over Shagun..

Agree! Mihir would have owned up if he had caused Amma's accident... especially now that he is going to be her damad and he respects/cares Ishita.The CV's would have to come up with an unreal justification if Mihir caused the accident. So far, YHM has been mostly realistic.
