if mihir is the culprit?-my logics

I know everyone is banging head to solve this accident mystery and with mihir being the culprit doing rumour rounds, we all are pulling our hair in frustration.

I personally think mihir cannot be the culprit but knowing ekta mata, it can be possible because even in her show BALH, she recently turned a highly positive female character who was pregnant, to be the killer of her own baby's father!

Any way, I want to point few things which I feel were not stressed in the past few epis or maybe they are just beating around the bush and even cvs and writers might not be knowing who is the real culprit! 😆

1) if mihir is the killer, wont raman be knowing mihir's car no. Or about the evil eye?

2) if mihir wants to destroy raman n ishita relation, why would he arrange a date for them (after pervmeet arrested and ishita raman gets locked up in home episode)

3) what about the file in which ashok claimed he sold his car. They didnt tell if d car had d same number plate ending with 322? Even police didnt check that?

4) mihir was baby sitting in iyer house when we saw d culprit car behind romi's bike yest... doesnt this clear the doubt that its not mihir?

Confusion is back, car is still with Ashok and Parmeet , they faked the sale. Shagun is worried , I strongly feel it's shagun who did the accident.

after today's episode,param and ashok's involvement is clear.
personally after seeing him with kids,i dnt want him as negative character
