For Shagun, Raman is that territory which she feels she is undisputed queen of. But what this queen forgets is that the territory has totally moved out of her zone and control now.

Raman-Shagun conversation - I totally see it as parental conversation and nothing else. It was all about Adi to me. Every memory, every instance they talked about was special to Raman coz it was related to his kid and not Shagun. He was talking to mother of his kids and not a lady who he once loved or as Ishita questions maybe still loves. He was thankful to Shagun for reminding him the important date and sorry for forgetting the date. There is nothing beyond than meets the eye in this conversation. Shagun is seriously a b**** to use this opportunity to remind Ishita that she can never give Raman the pleasure of being a father. This is the epitome of insensitivity and Shagun just crossed it today.

Ishita - Till now she was a God sent angel for Roo but today she touched Raman like never before and he was amazed at her selflessness. My heart went out to her when she walked away after hearing Raman-Shagun convo.

Ishita surely will help Raman make him peace with his past. A past which still bothers him, an ex which somewhere still affects him. Ishita will definitely help him let go off the past and sail through the present.

#IshRa convo - I felt like hugging Ishita when she was sitting sad in the bench lost in her thoughts. The moment Raman walked out I knew this is gonna be #epic and it just was!!! Late nights and benches are just creating new benchmarks of #epicness.

2 things amazed me today. First of course is Ishita's selflessness when she demands respect for Shagun. Who does that?? I mean majority of us believe in 'tit for tat' so for what Ishita did hats off to you lady.

Secondly, I love the directness with which every sensitive issue is handled in the show. Pat on the back to writers. I for once never imagined Ishita to question Raman about his thoughts on marrying her and is he over Shagun yet. Bravo girl!!! There is no running around the bush and you land straight to the point. Seriously the best thing about their relation.

I loved how he assured her that its her illusion and he definitely is over Shagun. Loved even more when he says she can never come in between him & Adi. Adi has a different place and so does she. I can't express how happy I am with the way #IshRa relation is progressing. The comfort level they now have in their relation..just touchwood to that!! How beautifully they were talking #daddyissues I for once pinched myself that is this an ekta show? This sensitive topic was handled with utmost maturity. Kudos to the writers and actors for writing and portraying respectively with sheer brilliance.

Ishita's hurt, pain, helplessness just touches me everytime this topic comes out. The beauty of this scene for me was two broken souls who agreed for this compromise marriage just for sake of Ruhi are today talking about the truth and possibility of starting/having a family. Maybe I am reading too much in between the lines but this was the highlight for me. Just look at the progression..Its beautiful!!!

The Promise - Shagun just lost Adi to Ishita today and her plan totally back fired. #IshRa became parents of two kids today. Ishita's concern and care about everything related to Ruhi - her brother, her father made Ishita a parent again - this time to Adi. Adi's entry in #IshRa life and Bhalla house will happen very soon, my gut feeling says. This definitely will change the equations but I believe this time for the good. This promise will bind them together forever. Ap-shagun and kids play a prominent role in bringing #IshRa close. So a shagun flop show yet again. You are an insult queen lady. You simply can't resist being insulted.

Dinner date - They definitely love being together. Say it or not but we know it. Mr.RKB by the way why buttering so much? Biwi toh already impress ho gayi hai ;) There is care, concern, respect, trust, like, attraction for each other. Signs of love? Definitely!!! They look out for each other and look complete with each other..it says all!! Love how they lighten up the scenes after a heavy heart-to-heart convo.

My song for the day

Faili thi siyaah raatein aaya tu subah leke Khamakha si zindagi mein jeene ki wajah leke Khoya tha samandaro mein tanha safeena mera Sahilon pe laha hai tu jane kis tarak leke Kuch toh hai tujh se raabta Kaise hum jane humein k

Hello, I have been a silent member of this forum for a while and most of the time I really enjoy reading all the sweet, funny, cute and hilarious posts on the forum but the recent negativity is not going down well with me.
But I had to comment on this post because it is so beautifully written and so well explained that it made me realize that there are more people who are seeing the beauty and maturity of Ishra relationship. I completely agree with everything you said because thats exactly the way I felt when I saw yesterday's episode. Honestly, is this really a Ekta Kapoor show???... I guess she turned over a new leaf somewhere along the way. šŸ˜†

I am really looking forward to Adi's entry in Ishra life because he needs them just as much as Ruhi does. I think its going to make for a very interesting and emotional storyline.

p.s. I dont get why people hate on Adi. Its so wierd! I wouldn't have appreciated Raman's character or Ishita's for that matter if they didn't feel the way they do for Adi. He is an innocent child who didn't have anyone to show him the right way. In that way I feel he is exactly like Raman because he loves his mother so everything she tells him is god's truth for him (Raman has the same kind of trust and loyalty for people he loves). But one day I am sure he will change the way Raman did.

If you read the novel...you will not dislike but hate his character...
In the book...ishu-arjun don't like each other...ishu tries to get rid of arjun...arjun creates lots of trouble and MU b/w Ishra...he tries to brainwash ruhi...

I hope ekta doesn't portray adi like arjun in the novel...I would love to see ishu-adi bonding...

wow I had no idea. I have been meaning to read that book because usually books are always much better than their television counterparts but it seems like that's not the case here. I agree, I hope they dont show that here because I am not down with hating on a child, even if he is a total brat.

When this show started, I didnt like Raman's character that much at all but I kept watching because I loved Ishita's love for Ruhi. And then slowly when I saw how much he loved both his kids, that's when I started liking his character.

What a well penned post.

Every nuance of each scene and the subtle outcome of each so well presented.

Yes Ishita just became Adi's mother with Raman's blessing.

Ishita also rose above the situation by taking the higher ground.

Who does that? Luckily in life there are actually few like Ishita. As always, Ishita has her priorities straight. She doesn't respond from her fears, but her values and love.

Like Raman said ... amazing...the incredulous look on Raman's face was perfect... Like Tum Kia Mitti Se bani ho?

I couldn't agree more with everything you said in the post.

Icing on the cake.. Raman buttering her up with the Makhkhan on the paratha. Nice symbolism.

Do write more often.
