It's a joint action of Ashok-Shagun. Param might have informed them about this or they might have overheard him. Then, Ashok tried to take revenge of the news cut and Shagun for her failure in media coverage of Bala news, thus hurting Ishu and Raman.
Let's see what happens.

To be honest I really don't wait it it to be Aditya, because like you said it would be horrendous for the CV's to show something like this. I rather the culprit is Param or even Shagun.

Jokes aside

Even though I hate Adis' acting, I do not want it to be him. He is too young to be manipulative. Besides what will he get by Amma getting an accident. I can understand if it was Ishita than that could make a bit of sense but why Amma.

I think that could be Pervy's cue for an exit from the show for now.
