Romi is quite a colourful character,he has been shown the path of right through scolding only.Then there's Ishu whose calmness affected him and he feels close to her and respects her.This is a hint to us that Romi is not all that bad like any guy in his youth makes mistakes he too has did plenty but given a chance is always up for redemption

So, my view on this is... Your question may have the clues to the answer. I think the whole purpose of showing the bond was that Romi will feel ashamed and guilty, and the only reason for that is his association with Ishita. Thats why he felt guilty yesterday when talking to Simmi.

I believe, the bond will lead to confession which may eventually lead to his reformation and Ishita will be the reason for all this.

bas as a young boy he committed some mistakes and obvio he don't has guts to accept them...

and in ishita case the way Romi reacted, koi bhi hota, usse yehi lagta Romi is culprit...

so here i think Ishita is not wrong in doubting Romi.. Romi never justified he wasn't involved in accident... Ishita gave him a chance and told him to give frnd's number but he didn't have any answer... as we say sometimes ppl r not wrong but situation is...

Romi already committed too many blunders so its quite genuine what so ever happened the first doubt go on him only...

even Ishita said "agar tumne yeh kiya hai to ..." she still gave him benefit of doubt wid that IF.

and other side Romi... i feel he genuinely cares for her... he is not a bad guy... he cares for her bhabhi and even scared of his bro for his wrong deeds... so thats why he is lying...

if CV's will not spoil this track and don't turn Romi negative...

we can surely see a future of this cute devar-bhabhi bonding...

for time being we have to hold our horses as we don't know what we gonna have in coming track...

personally i so wish Ishita will just doubt him but don't take any action without any proof...

i wanna see Ishita's trust bringing him back on track

Romi's reaction yesterday when Ishu was talking- you could tell he was speechless and hurt that his bhabhi thinks he did this and he couldn't say nothing.
