The college professors supposedly professors in an MBA program are so DUMB that they don't realize that a photo cannot be taken as proof ...Anyone can show a photo and take down another person so easily?

Given Romi's track record in college - he never attends a single lecture etc...and is a loafer kind of a student ...and on the other hand Bala has been such a sincere prof, the board still goes with Romi's silly photo proof?? How lame lame lame ...quite an insult to the intellect of MBA professsors!...If Bala was really involved and doing it for money, what would be the need for him to involve all the other professors in ratting out Romi and gang?! ..

Very loose laws they show in this serial ..

Another loose case of law is Param being out of jail and no discussion about his court date for hearing etc...seems like he's bailed out forever!! ..

Shagun told the police that Raman had nothing to do with her overdose on sleeping pills - doesn't that incriminate herself as an attempt to commit suicide????..

My dear friend this is a Indian drama serial, even better an EKTA serial. Logic doesn't exist in Ekta's world. The board is stupid enough to consider a photo as evidence. They didn't show any further action against Param. He was charged for attempt of rape or rape but Ashok bailed him out of jail and that's it. That's what he gets for his actions. The most illogical scenario that was overlooked was Shagun's attempt of suicide. Raman could easily take Adi's custody for her actions (I am happy that child is not anywhere near ISHRA). She tried to commit suicide and should be sent to a psychiatrist/therapist. I really have a feeling that her suicide attempt was fake her way of trying to teach Raman a lesson.

This drama serial is quite loose with laws as you stated and at times quite illogical. But its sooo addicting at the same time!

Yea ...I agree it is addicting...I watch it only for ISHRA scenes and bonding ...of course other cute scenes are fun and Ruhi-Ishita and Ruhi-Raman are super too ..but DT and KP steal the show ..if it were not for them ..the serial is shrouded by bloopers, lack of continuity, unexplained missing of cast members...(where's trisha now? ..no longer a PG in the iyer house or what?) ...

I think like most forum members have pointed out the editing is super sloppy and choppy ..there are sudden jumps in scenes and lack of continuity of emotions etc...

were it not for KP and DT's amazing magic and their cute and rare romantic moments ..it would be a flop!

well this is kown as making the viewers dumb.
Iwas also thinking what is the true meaning of bail overseas??
these persons must report to the police station everyday and the court date is decided in only few weeks though the final verdicts will not be said...
Romi case is a complete lose and weird one first of all the proffesors never call his parents after his repeated absence within 2 weeks only but still his name is in the college...
In a certain way they are related why the proffesors i mean the higher authorities never think the money must be for something else...
the police seems to be afraid of ashok and his living in partner (this is how it is really call as there's a difference between girlfriend and living in partner)Shagun that they did not take any action...
