yhm s a good show, no doubt, but I loves her old shows like kmh, kavyanjali, TL d most, d best!

this is the only ek serial ive really really liked. apart from that i have liked saaural genda phool. pratigya. veera n diya aur baati.

Exactly - it is very difficult to say which is the best show best on 150 episodes . You never know when the show will do down the drain .

Ekta is expert in making amazing Jodis n casting awesome casts...

I have seen so many Ekta serials from those my personal favourites r :

I once tried at balaji telefilms for writing post. they wanted to take me in for training but by then i already had a job and didn't want to move to another city.. But one thing was clear to me from the way they Approached me within couple of days that her production house is always welcoming of new people. I guess that is why she can start so many shows on different concepts.. she has doen it all from middle ages couple romance like BALh, to household shows like KGGK, KSBKBT. the young romnace in Kutumb to complicated relations like in Ghar ek mandir, kumkum,kussum to parichay... and now the has made jodha akbar too..

though the leaps kill the show.. I have to hand it to her she brought the leap concept to Indian telly... and love her shows or hate her shows u can't ignore her shows..

What i really love about YHM is the lead casting because when i saw the promos i was not sure whether they will suit each other at all.. i was thinking whether there will be any chemistry between these two actors as i have not seen them much before.. BUt I was pleasantly surprised i found myself slowly falling for this couple onscreen and their characters. SO YHM definately is on top of my favourites list now.

By the way try watching Love Story from SAB its also very realistically made by Anurag basu.. and i loved the actor in that show 😳

I liked Kutumb and Kahin to hoga earlier..😊😊 Though she dragged kutumb but she dint drag it as long as her other serials..So kutumb will always remain in my heart😊😊..I used to watch Kahin to hoga only for rajeev khandelwal..but then she separated the leads there😭😭..so lost interest..I feel YHM is really awesome..she normally starts off well and with time the show quality goes down..So far YHM is still going strong for me...😃😃..Kutumb and YHM are on par for me..but I guess with respect to maturity and reality YHM stands out😊😊

I couldn't agree more for me at least YHM is amazingI've been watching indian serial since 2008 watched older shows as well, most of the time I watch non k serials that were on star one and from 4 lions, but 4 lions shows do ok in the beginning, they follow the same love story formular for their shows and it works but something happens and it goes down hill.

but my fav shows have been kitni mohabbat hai and right now yeh hai mohabbatien. YHM feels really fresh, and urban, dialogues are awesome, characters are great even supporting ones, the villains, well the two ashok and perv are good but then shagun and simmi are more grey shades not full vamps which is awesome. They make the characters more 3D and have flaws and good traits, like toshi even ishu and raman. and that's what I love most, no one can be perfect, people make mistakes and react differently in situations, the reactions are realistic, the good characters end up making mistakes but they pay for it and so forth. It makes it more human and raw.

And the love story has been handled so well, thank god it isn't going fast and they are slowly developing it and I'm glad it didn't happen within 3-4 months like we would normally see. I love how they are falling for who they are, personality and then getting physically attracted. Probably the best handled development of a love story I've seen. And ofcourse ekta knows how to make hit shows and hit jodis. And she deff knows how to pick talent and actors that complement each other. And we got karan and divz who are just amazing.

Oh gosh look at me go on.
