Ashok said that he knew that Parmeet had a soft corner for hot women and that if he helped in ruining Raman, Ashok would ensure that Parmeet got all the hot women he wanted. Was he obliquely hinting at offering Shagun to Parmeet - that way Parmeet could end up molesting both Raman's ex and current wives and hurting him further. I am feeling a bit worried about Shagun.

Or are my fears unfounded?

I think ashok is quite possessive of shagun. When he came to know that raman spent the night in that hotel room with his ailing son and shagun, ashok was mad. ashok also warned param not to doublecross him and warned of throwing him in jail if he dares to do so.
