Yes.. Indeed!!! So much he meant in that one line..

A MAN is treated as God!! And whatever happens it is the fault of a WOMAN. This is typically an example of the SEXIST families. Toshiji wants a ladka as waaris, believes her damaat than her DIL who has been molested!! What the hell is wrong with you TOSHIJI!!

It just goes on to show, that whatever a MAN does, nobody cares, nothing happens.. He is still the King! But a WOMAN has to time and again prove to be the Queen, else she is nothing better than a worm that can get crushed beneath the man's foot!!
