4 months passed...

Finally, happiness is slowly entering Bhalla household. The loss which they have suffered is inconsolable but thanks to Ruhi, they have started to smile again... Her innocence and sweet talks have finally helped them sail across... But, Ashok was ready with his next move.

Shagun who came down in simple cotton salwar kameez saw Ashok scheming with their lawyer... After that lawyer left that place, she confronted Ashok...

Shagun: Vaapas shuru ho gaya na...

Ashok: Khatam kab kiya shuru hone ke liye... Ek chota sa break diya maine Raman ko...

Shagun: Bas karo... Bahut ho gayi... Mere Adi ko maine maar dala...

Ashok: Stop this melodrama... You know that it's a waste before me... I'm just keeping you in my house to take revenge against Raman... Warna kisko interest hai itni unattractive girlfriend mein... Adi ke chakkar mein sab kuch chod diya... Koi baat nahi... I know what to make out of it...

Shagun was helpless. She couldn't prevent it from happening. But for Ashok, she had nowhere to go. So, she decided to stay silent.

A court notice knocked Bhalla house the next morning. It was a petition to open Ruhi's custody case... On compassionate grounds, the case has been re-opened. Shagun who has lost her son is pleading for her daughter's custody. Shagun who is not interested in a re-marriage wants her daughter.

Raman immediately called his advocate Pathak to present himself in 10 minutes time. Pathak told about chance of winning being there for both the parties. Though Ruhi would never want it, they might lose if they aren't valid grounds to defend the case.

Pathak: Shagun has made a interesting point. Uske hisaab se aapka dobara shaadi ho chuki hai. So, there are chances of you getting a child again from your second wife... Lekin voh dobara shaadi nahi karna chahti hai isliye...

Raman: Toh voh che foot do inch... Court mein usko bhai bana degi kya? Aisi characterless woman ke saath...

Ishita gestured Raman to stop there.

Ishita: Lekin, main maa nahi ban sakthi. I'm infertile. Can't we plead on this ground?

Raman: Ishita... Soch samajkar bolo... Tumhari bezzati karke mujhe koi case nahi jeetna hai...

Ishita: Kounsi bezzati? It is not a secret... Agar secret hota, tab bhi Ruhi ke aage yeh sab important nahi hai...

Raman: Ishita... We are discussing. Aur koi point mil jayega... Shagun ne maara hai Adi ko...

Ishita: Raman... It is a accident. Don't say that again... I know, Shagun ne galti ki hai... Still, don't use such harsh words.

Pathak understood that this argument is never going to end and excused himself. He agreed to meet them that evening to discuss about the same. Door bell rang once again... It was a report from hospital...For Ishita...Raman got the same...

Raman: Ishita... Yeh kya hai... Kya hua hai tumhe?

Ishita: Relax Raman...I was feeling a bit uncomfortable. Isliye general check up karvaya. Kuch nahi hoga report mein.

Raman: Dekhne ke baad hi pata chal jayega na...

He opened it but Ishita snatched it from him. But, Ishita's face was drained of its colour when she finished reading the same.

Raman: Kya hua ? Kuch toh bhola na yaar...

Raman could sense a mixture of happiness and sadness on her face. Raman thought if that could be it. No no... how is it possible... Chamatkar hota hai...Bu*****t chamatkar... But, if it is true... Raman couldn't take it anymore when he snatched those reports from Ishita's hands... Yes... Chamatkar ho gaya... Raman's happiness knew no bounds on reading that one line where pregnancy was marked positive... Raman's didn't know if he was happier for her or them... How much she had to face... How many tears she had to shed... Raman wanted to shout to the whole world... He couldn't contain himself...

When he looked at Ishu, he understood what's going in her mind... The ground on which she wanted to defend the case no more exists... But, this is not the moment... He will fight against the whole world to save his daughter and his kid in Ishita's womb.

Raman: Ishita... Kitne boring ho tum... Hamesha heroine ki tarah classic reactions deti ho...

Ishita: Custody cas...

Raman: Ishita... Apne bachon ke liye main kuch bhi kar sakta hoon... Kuch nahi hoga... Don't be dramatic...

Ishita: Teek hai... Lekin promise karo ki Ruhi hamesha humari sabse pehli priority rahegi...

Raman: Bachon mein first aur second priority... Kya bakwaas Ishita? (Seeing Ishita's sad face) Yeh sab chodo and just give me a hug...

Raman hugged Ishita but he sensed that Ishita was not convinced.

Raman: Ishita... Relax karo... Tum Ruhi ke chakkar mein iss aanewale bache ke saath nainsaafi kar rahi ho.

Ishita: Aisa nahi hai.

Raman: Aisa hi hai Ishita. Tumhe khush rehni chahiye. Tumhari har ek aansoo ko pochne aaya hai yeh bacha. Please don't insult his presence.

Ishita: Sorry...

Raman: Chalo... Sab se share karna hai na?

Ishita: Main... Tum kaho na...

Raman: If i'm right, tum sharmarahi ho... Ishita, aise shock pe shock... Bahut feeble heart hai mera...

Ishita: (Blushing harder) Kuch bhi... Chalo...

Raman informed everyone about this happy news and everyone started rejoicing. After informing family members, he made the first call to Subbu's mother. Then, the news spread like wildfire... Everyone were happy for Ishita except Subbu's mother who made it a point to tell Shagun about the same... This news made no difference to Shagun but it affected Ashok the most... He immediately called his lawyer...

Shagun: Ab kya kar rahe ho?

Ashok: Iss baar der se bhi toh sahi, mujhe jeetna hai... Aur Raman ke aanewale bache ne tho kaam aasan kar diya...

Shagun: What do you mean?

Ashok: Tum bas tamasha dekho... Dimaag chalane ki zaroorat nahi hai...

That evening, Toshi organized a party...Unlimited number of glasses of loaded drinks was being consumed... Ishita felt uncomfortable among so many ppl and the smell of liquor that she marched back to their house. In that whole day, she finally got a chance to be alone... She regretted her actions that morning about being sad and cursing the presence of that kid in her womb... She closed her eyes, kept her hands on her stomach and started talking to her kid...

Ishita: I'm very sorry beta... Iss ek pal ke liye mujhe kitni bezzati sehanni padi, kitna kuch sunna pada, kya kya naam mila mujhe... Lekin maine aapse nafrat kiya... Apne mamma ko maaf kar do... Ruhi ke aage mujhe kuch dikhta nahi hai... Thoda selfish ho gayi main... Raman ke baare bhi nahi socha... Kitne excited the woh... Lekin main, bewajah drama kar rahi thi... I am very sorry...I Love you beta...

When she opened her eyes, she saw Raman standing there...

Ishita: Tameez kahan hai aapka? Knock nahi kar sakte the?

Raman: Mere ghar hai...

Ishita: Lekin private baatein ho rahi thi...

Ruhi: Papa papa... Neeche sab bhula rahe hain aap dono ko... Mere little brother ko welcome karne ke liye...

Ishita: Little brother... Aapko kaise pata ki yeh brother hi hoga... Agar sister hoga tho manzoor nahi hai kya?

Ruhi: Dadi Pammy aunty ko keh rahi thi ki ladka hoga... Waa...waais... Kuch keh rahi thi...

Raman and Ishita didn't feel happy to hear about the same. Still, they chose to ignore it.

Six months have passed... They didn't get much to hear about Ashok or Shagun after that... Once, they saw Shagun in hospital while they were there for Ishita's check-up... Ishita was surprised to see Shagun like that... Devoid of any make-up, she was wearing a simple kurti... After that day, they never saw her... In their house, north vs south takkar was in full form regarding the celebration of Ishita's godh bharai...While Iyers wanted to celebrate in south Indian style, Toshiji was completely against it. No one wanted to interfere in the same and decided to let Madhu and Toshi fight it out. In particular, Raman didn't Ishu to be anywhere nearby also... He didn't want his kid to be inspired by his mother or Mother-in-law. He took her to the nearby park with Ruhi. Ruhi was playing...

Ishita: Raman... Bacha dadi ya patti pe jaayega tab bhi sehan loongi... Tum pe gaya toh?

Raman: Wow Ishita... Pehli baar samajdari wali baat kiya hai tumne... Mera akal, mera good looks, mera...

Raman: Obviously... No price for guessing... Itna boring naam tumhare alava aur koi rakh sakta hai kya?

Ruhi : Papa kya naam ki baat kar rahe ho... Baby ka naam? Main rakhungi...

Ishita: Itni badi ho gayi meri roo ki apne chotu sister ya brother ke liye naam rakhegi? Ok... Raman, ghar chale? Tak gayi hoon...

Raman: Ruko... Lemme know if they are done with their fight? Romi... Decision ho gayi... Fine...

Raman: Dono side ke rituals karenge... Subah south Indian wala... Uske baad humare rituals...

Raman: Tumhari Godh bharai... Main kyon pehnunga? Ladies function hai yeh sab...

Ishita: Nahi...Humare yahaan hum dono ko saath mein pooja karna hoga... Isliye...

Raman: Poori duniya mein mujhe bhi ek madarasan hi mila shaadi karne ke liye. Tumhare yahan mardon ko itna kyon satate ho... (When Ishita was about to say something) Rehne do... Tumhare pass lecture ke alava kehne ke liye kuch nahi hoga... Chalo...

Ruhi: Kya hua? Papa upset kyon hai?

Ishita: Dhoti ke naam sunte hi Ravaan kumar ke haalat tight ho gayi...

Two did a hi-five and finally followed Raman.

On reaching house, Mihir and Mihika followed them to show their wedding invitation. In three weeks time, they were getting married... Ofcourse, after getting Raman's approval...Raman was relieved to know that the wedding is not happening in South Indian style... Finally, they retired for the night to gear up for the big day...
