This sums it up .

They NEVER improve . Its best to cut them off from life like a gangrened part . Kids don't change them . See all the sexual predators , 90% of them r married men with kids . Their wives have divorced them and moved on and fled to other states , they don't even want their shadow on the kids . What YHM shows is very hard hitting and realistic though uncomfortable for the viewers who want to see a simple romance between her and Raman .
